Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Tashkent
Arrive in Tashkent. You will be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel for immediate check-in.
The rest of the day is free at leisure.

Day 2: Tashkent (B)
After breafast, begin your touring of the Uzbekistan capital.
The 2,200-year-old city of Tashkent is a magnificent modern metropolis which beautifully blends decadent medieval structures and minimalistic modern edifices.
Your sightseeing tour will start from the awe-inspiring Khasti-Imam Complex that includes Kaffal Sashi Mausoleum, Barak-Khan Madrassah where the world’s oldest Uthman Qur’an is kept, Juma Mosque, and Tillya Sheikh Mosque.
Continue to Kukeldash Madrassah and then walk through Chorsu Bazaar.
Day 3: Tashkent (B)
This morning, travel by metro to Mustaqillik Square (Independence Square), where you can view the Palace of Prince Romanov (outside), Theatre Square (outside), walk along Broadway Street, and visit Amir Temur Square.
Continue to the Monument to Courage, Independence Square, and the Applied Arts Museum (located in the former residence of Imperial Russian diplomat Alexander Polovtsev).
This evening, enjoy a cultural performance such as ballet or opera, subject to availability.
Day 4: Tashkent to Samarkand (B)
Transfer to the train station for departure by the “Afrosiyob” train to Samarkand. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.
Samarkand, the “Crossroad of Culture,” has an awe-inspiring history of over two and a half millennia.
This afternoon, visit the observatory and memorial museum of Ulugh Beg. His observatory, one of the largest in the pre-modern era, features a massive sextant embedded in a trench and is richly decorated with glazed tiles, mosaics, and majolica.
Continue to the Shakhi Zinda Necropolis, a complex of 11 mausoleums adorned with turquoise domes, majolica tiles, and intricate mosaics.
Visit the bustling Siab Bazaar, followed by the magnificent Bibi-Khanym Mosque, renowned for its grand scale and ornate decoration.

Day 5: Samarkand (B)
Visit Registan Square, the architectural centerpiece of Samarkand, surrounded by majestic madrassahs with intricate tilework and towering minarets.
Continue to the Gur-e-Amir Mausoleum, the resting place of Timur, featuring a distinctive azure dome and richly decorated interiors.
Also visit Khazrat-Khizr Mosque, the ancient settlement of Afrosiab with its museum, and the Mausoleum of Khodja Doniyor (Prophet Daniel).
Day 6: Samarkand to Bukhara (B)
Drive to Bukhara, a 2,300-year-old city once a major center along the Silk Road. En route, visit the Gijduvan ceramic center.
Arrive in the early afternoon and check into your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa Palace, showcasing regional clothing, embroidery, and ceramics.
Continue to Chor Minor Madrasa, known for its four distinctive towers, each with unique designs.
Visit the Shukhov Tower and ascend for panoramic views over the old city.

Day 7: Bukhara (B)
Begin with a visit to Lyabi-Hauz Square, a lively area built around a pool and shaded by mulberry trees.
Visit Magoki Attori Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in Bukhara, dating back to 714.
Continue to Kalyan Square and the Kalyan Mosque, featuring grand domes and traditional Islamic architecture.
Enjoy free time in the Lyabi-Hauz area for lunch and exploration.
Later, visit the Ismail Samani Mausoleum, an architectural masterpiece of baked brick design, and the Bayland Mosque.
Conclude the day at the Ark Fortress, the historic citadel of Bukhara.
Day 8: Bukhara to Khiva (B/D + Folk Show)
Visit the summer residence of the last Bukharan emirs, Sitorai Mokhi Khosa.
Drive through the Kara-Kum (black sands) and Kyzyl-Kum (red sands) deserts to Khiva, stopping at the Amu Darya River.
Arrive in Khiva and check into your hotel.
Dinner at Toza Bog Palace, the summer residence of Mohammed Rakhim Khan II, accompanied by a folk show.

Day 9: Khiva (B)
Begin a walking tour of Khiva’s ancient inner city, Itchan Kala, a UNESCO-listed site surrounded by high brick walls.
Explore Djuma Mosque, various mausoleums, madrassas, and palaces built in the 19th century.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant featuring Khorezmian cuisine, including dishes such as shivit oshi and tuhum-barak.
In the afternoon, visit the Palace of Nurrullah Bai, noted for its lavish interiors with chandeliers, crystal decorations, and Venetian mirrors.
Day 10: Khiva to Urgench – Departure (B)
This morning, transfer approximately 30 kilometers to Urgench International Airport for your onward flight.
