Begin Planning the Trips of a Lifetime



Exploration & Initial Consultation

Browse our diverse collection of global tour programs on our website to spark your inspiration. Whether you’ve chosen a specific itinerary or just have a few destinations in mind, start by completing our “Request A Proposal” form.

We will then contact you to discuss your travel style, preferred pace, and accommodation needs. The more you share about your passions, the better we can craft a draft itinerary and provide a “ballpark” price that reflects your vision.

Fine-Tuning & Confirmation

Once you’ve reviewed our initial proposal, we’ll work closely with you to refine the details. If you’re ready to move forward, we require a deposit and flight payment to begin securing your arrangements.

During this phase, we continue to “tinker” with the itinerary until it is perfect. Once you are 100% satisfied, we officially book all flights and confirm all land arrangements. Note: Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended at this stage.

Final Preparation & Departure

As your trip approaches, we provide comprehensive pre-departure materials, including packing lists, vaccination requirements, and destination backgrounds. We also offer hands-on assistance with your visa applications.

Your final payment is due two months before departure. Once received, we will send your complete travel documents approximately two weeks before you head off on your adventure!
